i have written several posts for my introduction and i get not noticed in this forum and my post is not seen after that day
what should i do to get noticed and get a femdom for email training?

I discourage any sub from using their nickname on here as a "job description." Based on your name alone it's apparent what your priorities are and what you need. Perhaps no one is writing you because no one is interested in what you have to offer?
