How do I search the profiles using the "distance" modifier (in the dropdown box along with "joined" and "last on")???
Every time I try that feature, I get zero results. Do I have to actually be on Earth for that feature to work properly?

This feature works off of your zipcode. You probably neglected to fill yours in. To do so now, click on My Account (on the other side of the site, not in the forums) input your zipcode in the proper field and click save changes. Your search should now work.

Thanks for the quick response. Well, I checked my account settings, and it turns out I did NOT neglect to fill it out correctly as was suggested. The zip code was filled in properly. Any other ideas?

I just chose the 'distance' and clicked search.  All the responses came back in miles away

I wish that you could search "last online" and have the results come back with the number of miles away.

You may need to look for another place you left out your zipcode. Or try changing your zip code. I know the zipcode 92661 works.. try putting it in and saving. If that works, I'd tend to think it is a problem with the zipcode you're using (aka there isn't anyone but you in your state) If it still doesn't work, I'd try another browser. (I use IE and firefox to access this site and both seem to work fine with the distance factor.) Last, I'd write to collarme support and ask what they suggest.

Change your Zip Code to 48161 which is the Main Post Office Zip for your area. That should fix the problem.
