damn LaTigresse i'm tired just reading your day.  I just goofed off today..baked a cake...Tommorow I'm going to attempt to refinish my kitchen table...wish me luck !

Oh divi, it's not as bad as it reads. Pretty much life as usual here. It is a busy time of year. Give me a few months and I will have the occasional day of movie watching, and/or reading on the sofa. Refinish the table should be fairly simple. Let me know if you have any questions. I used to have an antiques restoration business in my previous life.

If he feels better tomorrow, we'll take doggie to the groomer while we go see the Mr. Bean movie and the fact that I'm willing to go see that movie without complaint just goes to prove that I'm The Uber Slave, therefore way slavier than any of the other, lesser, slaves

Celeste

Normally I'd bristle at a statement like that- but you're right.  It really does make you the uber slave.

I took my doggie Oscar (the Beagle) to the Vet for surgery - he tore a ligament accidentally in his hind left leg, and was having trouble walking due to that. Now he faces a  few weeks of recuperation, so I am going to make sure he takes it slow, and regains his mobility.

My former roommates when I was 18/19 had a Beagle mix named Oscar!  And he lived up to the name, funny little grouch that he was...haha.

I hope your little guy heals quickly.

ownedgirlie: Thank you. He is sooo cute, and completely spoiled, too (but fortunately, he doesn't usually act like it). He is my sweet baby doggie.

thanks LaTigresse...gonna probably ask for help.  Been putting this task off forever.  I'm really nervous that i'm going to ruin the table.  I recently went to home depot and the salesperson told me a monkey can do it ...keep your fingers crossed lol.  I'm not really handy at these kind of things

divi, just about the only way you could ruin it would be if it were veneered. Be very careful in that case. Repairing veneer is a bitch, at least for me.

teaching an apprentice to blow glass, having the house appraised, cleaning the hot tub and the dog, and then sleeping at the beach next to a turtle nest with other turtle freaks, talking all night about turtles, and hopefully stewarding one or two hatchlings to the sea. http://www.youtube.com/user/amywakingwolf

This was our normal munch weekend.  But it didn't turn out at expected.  First, the place where we gather was closed for remodelling.  The second choice was also closed.  We found another place but it is really difficult to seat 19 people.. thank goodness the other 7 didn't find us even though I left a note.
Because it was not our normal happening after we ate we went over to a members home and looked over some toys that another member sells.
I bought several lengths of purple silk rope, wrist and ankle cuffs.
The host, who is into metalwork, brought out several of his metal paddles.  One member was playing with a kangaroo whip in the corner of the room.
And I.. got my hiney paddled by that metal implement while someone played the drum beat.
LOL That was the first time my behind has been tapped in over 2yrs!
What an odd day.
And now today.. I SHOP!
YAY!

Went to a cajun/Nah'Leans party last night....Drank a number of tasty malty and hoppy beveri...Ate a ton of jambalaya, gumbo, cornbread, coleslaw, blackbean salad....Topped it all of with a slice of key lime pie and a huge slice of some sort of tasty whipcream/ cream cheese sweet potato pie.....Been farting for the last twelve hours...Thank god my stomach has finally deflated....What I just went through was worse than childbirth...

Going to watch football today.

Edited to add....Having a cup or two of "Intelligentsia Black Cat expresso blend"....It might be time for another thread about tasty coffee...This shit is extremely good but is kind of a rip.

Didn't get to this till now ... so it must have been a busy weekend!

Friday ... the morning was exciting as there is now an unconditional CASH offer for the right amount on the house I am still selling back in West Australia, so I did all the signing of papers for that ... went to town mid-afternoon with Master and My sub who is staying here at the moment ... banking, shopping etc then W/we filled in some time by driving out to a nearby beach and watching the sunset ... except now W/we're on the east coast it goes down behind U/us on the land instead of dropping into the water ... that takes a little getting used to LOL! Then back to a lovely Mexican restaurant that has a great offer of $15 Aust "all-you-can-eat" on a Friday night. So W/we pigged out on garlic bread (OK not authentic but tasty LOL!), potato skins with a yummy dip, nachos, enchiladas and burritos. A sub friend wasn't able to join U/us for dinner due to babysitting, so W/we took dessert around to her place and chatted about her lovely new Master. Home to some rather pissed off puppies and puss who chose to ignore U/us, so W/we gave up and went to bed.

Saturday ... peaceful morning ... laundry ... then as the weather was good I decided to springclean the dogs. They were 2 rather grey and shaggy West Highland Terriers ... now they are white as they should be! And looking a lot trimmer ... My sub helped no end by keeping them distracted while I clipped the bits they don't like ... face, tail, and paws! Dinner out at the local pub (where W/we have become "family" in just 6 months of being here), fabulous large rump steaks with self-serve salad or vegies for $13.95 ... can't believe how good the food is here for the prices! Home to digest and watched the 2nd Pirates of the Caribbean movie just for fun.

Today ... slept in ... brunch ... trip into town to see the new off-road radio control car racing track, and to pick up the paper ... home ... lunch ... thought about a Dungeon session but it was a bit warm in the shed so pet and I did some scrapbooking until the crockpot curry was cooked. Watched a couple of interesting shows then finally came online to deal with the accumulated emails! And I liked this thread ...

Well, i've managed to break TWO gas-powered vibrators this weekend, and have spent a sizeable chunk of the day knee-deep in extremely foul-smelling black mud. You'd think i'd be having more fun than i am
i can't believe how much some people manage to accomplish... if i can get part-way done with one project and keep the pile of dirty dishes below the top of the sink, i consider the weekend a success!

My weekend has been good so far.  Went to a sporting event with friends, had drinks with a very interesting young woman, did some house chores and now I am spending a lazy day which I guess for me means tidying up the house, browsing the forums, chatting on AIM and thinking of working on a little knot tying (I am still not sure about how effective the simple hair tie I know is for a longer duration ;)

Almost forgot, I am also waiting on my pic to up load as well...

Okay, one more shot.

Setting: A secluded, tropical yard, set well back from prying eyes.
A lone male slave toils shirtless under a brutal Carolina sun, glistening with sweat, heavy nipple rings reflecting blinding spots of light as they swing. He drags a long board in endless circles to level a patch of ground, performing the primitive labor like a beast of burden.

So what's the fantasy?

An elaborately tooled leather bridle and bit, steel-shod boots, long black tail, and a dressage whip?

Heavy manacles and chains, eyeless hood, remote-controlled shock collar?

Plantation slave and haughty, elaborately dressed Lady?

Chain-gang prisoner and sadistic Warden?

Scrotum-based attachment for his burden?

Let me guess:

"Being able to pay a couple guys with heavy equipment to finish the job six weeks ago so I could be in the pool"

Yeah, me too.
i think i'm finally starting to wrap my mind around this whole Femdom thing!

Your getting it!!!

This, from a woman that spent most of yesterday trimming trees, hauling the branches down to the other end of the property, weeding 4 big flower beds, one with roses(ouch) and all full of blood thirsty mosquitoes, weedwacking, etc etc etc........not a slave in sight...

Hi Lucky,

Not trying to hijack, but my kids (aged 8 and 5) LOVE Dr. Who....you are the only person besides my kids and my ex-husband that I have heard of that watches it. I thought they were alone. LOL

A bunch of my friends love Dr. Who. I haven't really gotten into it but it's a good show.
