IIRC, the part about the FBI ordering people to remain silent about handing over the records of others without a court review, was struck down once before, and put back in the 'revised' Act by Congress.

Without regard to the legal technicalities of the decision if and /or when a dirty bomb goes off in your backyard I bet you lot of "droopy drawed" liberals will be the first to blame "someone" for not protecting you ! Assuming you survive that is !!!!!
