Welcome to Collarme. Online personals are great for casting a wide net, if you are willing to travel distances. But they don't replace the real time community - being young might make going to your local BDSM munches or events awkward. I remember when I was under 25 I didn't want to socialize much with older people.

Still, you might want to google: BDSM +(your location)
This can be an easy way to find out what groups are in your area. And chances are good that there is a group for younger adults, too. Don't forget to include your local universities in your search - several colleges have BDSM student groups.
