If Barney Frank could hang around after they busted a gay prostitution ring working from his house, I say the toe-tapper should go for it.

I am currently wondering how he will manage to take back his plea of "Guilty"? Legally, it is certainly not a "given" he can just take it back.

It wasn't coerced, and he wasn't incompetent when he made it.

Unless he just gets a fine (possible) it will be hard to serve his constituency from prison. If he is innocent, I hope the legal system finds a way to let him take his plea back.

I'm fine with his being Gay, Bi or Het - I am not so sure he did it, but if he did, I'm not so sure he really needed to do it. I kind of feel sorry for him, and sorrier for his wife.

He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. There is that old stats thing going around about x number bankrupt, y number convicted felons, and so on about the entire congress.......who cares if a couple are toilet slaves?

If I were him,I`d sue for false arrest.I wouldn`t recign,even with w/ GOP pressure.

True,and there`s no one (accept republicans) who has an issue with his being gay.(Craig denies being gay,btw)

The issue is sex w/ strangers,solicited in public airport bathrooms.
