It's not any different than Cheney's daughter being a lesbian. I really fail to understand why straight people are bashed when they have homosexual family members. I have members in my family whose lifestyle I dont agree with, and I am sure many dont agree with mine. But that doesn't change anything really. We are still and always will be family. I seriously dont think most Republicans gives a rats ass about homosexuality. That's something only the far-right is against. Look at all the Republicans who are supporting Rudy Guiliani. His been divorced how many times? And he's been caught cross-dressing? Whose making a big deal out of this? Who's really the ones being intolerant? Democrats.

Even if this is true (and it is not backed up by anything) who cares? I do find it odd that he claims there are posted pictures for proof "somewhere" in the BME (where he has an interest) site. I guess it is a good way to get more hits and advertising dollars. It seems like he could have provided some proof to back up his allegation. But what is up with attacking him by outing his dead father? Is this really the level the 08 election is going to be fought on?

I thought about this a bit and realised, this could be Karl's greatest move yet. It reeks of his handiwork. Imagine if he planted that story himself. Remember it has absolutly zero evidence, just an accusation. And the marks take the bait and run with it. All over the net and Air America. Push it to the mainstream, then Rove releases evidence it's crap and rides off into the sunset. And the public remembers that he had people pushing lies about his familly. He has pulled that same ploy several times and the left keeps taking the bait like Elmer Fudd in a cartoon. Don't know if this is true or not, just a musing.....
