No, I am one of those weird people that actually LIKE leaving it sit somewhere and going outside without it. I like quiet time, outdoors, no one needing anything from me at that moment. Quite often it will get left in the car or where ever I actually used it last and sit there for hours, even over night.
I have had a cell phone since 1998, I remember very well living without any phone at all. I lived in the country next to a busy state highway that had weirdos breaking down and beating on the door at all hours of the day and night. I still survived just fine. I think we, as a society, have become way too dependent upon all things that give us instant gratification. You may wish to talk to me, you may even need to talk to me, but you certainly, almost never, have to talk to me that very instant.
