I've been on CollarMe for a week or so, but I just today got around to exploring the forums. Lovely people to converse and share opinions with here! So far I'm pleased with the site... no ridiculous bullshit like requiring costly subscriptions to contact people, but it's not so small you can't meet anyone. I've talked with some very interesting and promising people so far. Hopefully I'll meet even more awesome folks down the road.
