So, i was talking to a girlfriend of mine who i work with the other day, somehow the topic of sex was bought up. she told me about this fella that she was with one time that could cum when he wanted to i mean, as in hold off his orgasam and then ask ' are you satisfied , was it good for you?"  and if she was hed let it go. Does this have to do with the PC muscle or how is this possible?

I've never heard about the PC muscle, but the way i see it is that that guy knew very well his body, knew it enough to know and to control his orgasms. Take a lot of time, but it exists.

Actually, I don't think it's entirely uncommon for chaps to be able to do this - just as women with time learn to hold back when needed. Seems to be something that comes with experience.

Hah, man, I remember learning how to do this at thirteen.  One of the guys at the academy said it in simple terms.

I can do that.
You just take a break once in a while, then go at it again.
The trick is to concentrate on the woman's pleasure not your own.
You have "mini-orgasms" without ejaculation.
The ex and me would go all afternoon until her um got home from school!
She was a real horndog.

Just an aside. Isn't it a bit lame to ask a woman if it was good for her, one would have thought one could see if it was in her reactions.

Could be me but it smacks of desperation for confirmation of ones prowess. better to ask when all is done and dusted, what would have made it better for her. If she says a different penis, then I guess you sucked.

The PC muscle is the one men use to stop urinating.  Practice starting and stopping peeing and that strengthens the muscle and teaches you to control it. 

Orgasm and ejaculation are separate processes in the body just few people learn to control them separately but it isn't all that hard to do.  So, with your new found control of the PC muscle when you feel orgasm approaching, contract the muscle like you are going to stop peeing.  It will take a few tries to get the hang of it but when you do this will prevent ejaculation but not orgasm.  The orgasms are a bit smaller but when you let yourself ejaculate your orgasm will be much bigger.

There is a book called "the multiorgasmic man" that covers this in more detail.

Heh.  When I first saw this thread, I thought "PC Muscle" referred to the political "muscle" which enforces political correctness; I thought this would be a rant about someone being censored.
