Good morning Arghanites... I hope all is well.

For those who wanted to know, I'm not a big fan of needles. "You'll feel just a pinch" heard seven times thus far this morning tends to get annoying. Those "pinches" now feel like damn hammer blows.

Anyone want to trade places?

the trick is to slap your patient before you jab the needle in - that way they are too distracted!

Been my experience that a nurse that makes a person flinch when they get a needle, needs to improve their technique. You know they are good at what they do when you get an shot and you don't feel it even when watching them jab you!

I'd feel the same way if one of those "pinches" would actually inject something into me, like a numbing agent, rather than extract stuff from me.

But, I am done with the "pinching" and am back home.

Vampires, the lot of them. They even decorated for Halloween. There's nothing like having a life-sized cardboard cutout of Dracula himself glowering down at you while sitting in "the Chair."
