Seriously, i understand that totally Sci. i had about $25,000 worth of medical bills, $12,000 other bills, and then my lovely house and for the most part everyone i met with agreed i should file for bankruptcy. Well, except for the capitalist bastards at the consolidation agency (who i stupidly did not know) make a profit off of my continued suffering. He keeps telling me most of my stress will be gone once the judge rules it's over...... But, still................... Kali

Kali Yes thats what Im hoping will happen as well.....The hospital bills are most of the problem but I had the credit cards get run up when I was out of work so......Oh well live and learn lol. Once the judge says okay Im going to do a happy dance Im sure. Till then Blah lol.

i understand that Sci. Part of me wants to kill the mortgage company and ask them what they were smoking. It took more than one of my two paychecks per month to make my house payment. And my house wasn't all that great. i never loved it or anything like that. And tried to sell it for a long time. i did learn a valuable lesson though. One of the things i knew to be true (but couldn't necessarily explain why) is that people with gambling addictions are at a much higher risk for committing suicide than any other addiction. My experience now, says that is because unlike any other stressor, finances are one You can not escape. It's with You every freaking day and every freaking hour of every freaking day. Kali

Lol well thats the truth cause they call 20 some times a day until you either pay them or disapear. No I learned my lesson. No more high mortgages and no more credit cards. Going to be cah and carry for awhile and see how it goes.

i agree. If i ever purchase another home i will not do it unless my mortgage only equals half of one of my paychecks. Truth is, at this point in my life, i'd much rather own a condo than a house anyway. Kali
