Actually, the absence of these facilities in the US has little to do with conservative or litigious. Under Federal law, prostitution is a prosecutable offence, and anyone who provides opportunities for consenting adults to have sex is facilitating prostitution, if money changes hands. That can be as innocuous as paying the camping fee. So it is really only the properly organize swingers clubs that can do this sort of thing, provided gthey can prove there is a proper membership, and the purpose of the association is social, not sexual. There are many of those places in Europe - apart from the Czech republic, I know of clubs in Germany, Spain, Belgium the Netherlands, Russia, and the UK, and I am sure there are other countries I've not researched. Those that exist in the United States are pretty much under the radar, I've heard rumours about similar clubs in NYC, D.C. (which has very strange laws), and some Southern states, and it would surprise me if there weren't some on the West Coast. But they probably don't sport websites and Yellow Pages listings.
