Thanks for everyone's suggestions! Just to clarify, he actually does already own his own computer, I gave him my old one a few years ago when we bought a new one (after actually wiping the entire hard drive and starting over! Didnt want the little bugger finding the porn collection!) He's had the JumpStart games, along with blues clues and curious george and things like that since he was about 3. Kid's great with computers. A few years ago we bought him one of those plug n play sega game controllers for about $15, one controller with about 6 games in it that plugs directly into the TV, no game cartriges or anything to swap out. It has sonic and some racing game, and something with a dolphin and a few other rather tame games. Even after 2 years of hard use, it still attracts every kid in the neighborhood (13yr olds down to 5 yr olds)because its the closest thing to a video game any of them have ever gotten to play. I do like the idea of the Wii, I will have to check into that, but Im not sure his dad was planning on spending that much money. If there was any possible way I would just upgrade his old computer and buy him more games for that, but its gotten to the point it crashes anytime you turn it on, and it wont play anything but really cheesy low graphic games. After doing some research, it would cost less to buy a new computer than to overhaul the old one. ghita~
