When it's super bad I crank up the AC and stay still in bed, but for me right now, mostly a large fan blowing right on me is enough to keep me mostly comfortable.

It's pretty cold where I am...  When it is hot, I just get really lazy and mess with my computer all day to keep my mind off it.

Drink lots of water.
Put your feet on those smushy ice packs, especially at night trying to sleep.  It helps cool things down.

I just got in from dinner a while ago.
The "outside temp" readout in my car said "91" at 8:45 PM!
I've been using the pool quite a bit and even though the water is warm it's still refreshing.
I also have central a/c and I let it run for an hour then turn it off and it stays nice and cool for 3-4 hours.

adjusting the heater as its about 5 degrees celcius. i'm not envying any of you. our turn will come.

I am dying here!..AC broke down 4 days ago..and insurance company dragging heels..temperatures 95 with 95% humidity.....help!!..I'm melting!!!..Tempting
