6", I think, no platforms--platforms are hard to walk in--and I probably wear them every few months. It's hard to find interesting styles with heels over 4.5", so most of my heels hover around 4".

I have my 8" ballet boots that are in my profile.  Haven't quite mastered walking in them yet, but I have worn them for 5 hours at a time without a problerm.

My highest pair of stiletto's are 8 inched with platform.

I'm 5'10 and about as graceful as three legged elephant, so I don't really do high heels.  I do have a couple of pairs of inch and a half kitten heels, and one pair of maybe 3 inchers, but only wore them once.  One date with a guy 6'4...., no more dates.... no more 3 inch heels. [&:]

i miss high heels.  i have one pair with 4 inch heels, but those are strictly "bedroom slippers".  broke a bone and tore all the ligaments loose in my right foot back in high school (ye gods, 26 years ago!) and have had to choose between sexy shoes and being able to walk the next day ever since.

kitten,who mostly is barefooted with toenail polish and toe rings....

7 inch platform spiked knee high boots... worn them twice now... I love them  but they are a size 5 and I technically wear a size 2 to 3 in US childrens sizes so I have to put on two pairs of socks just to make them feel like my feet aren't going to come out of them... so walking in them right now is almost impossible for me.

This has been an interesting thread since I have a high-heel shoe fetish. My fave are black pats, 2-3 inch heel. w/wo ankle straps. Boots are a case by case basis, most I don't like but there is that exception to the rule.

Understand this is MY fetish and it's quite illogical at times as I don't care for anything
that exposes the toes. No open toes, nothing that is all straps.

I'm actually more comfy in heels. I went to a podiatrist recently because my feet were killing me (I've been wearing flat shoes thinking I needed to stop walking on my toes so much) only to find out that I could have surgery on my ankles to make flat shoes less painful to wear (I lack range of motion)... I said screw that and went back to wearing heels most of the time.
 
And no, the damage wasn't caused by wearing heels all the time... I've always walked on my toes, even as a child. I just tell people my feet were made for heels.

All of My "out" shoes are 5-6 inches because I'm short and I need the extra height.  When not out and about I'm normally barefoot with indian-like toe/anklet combos.

I average at 4-5" but I do have a pair that are 6"... bit of a mission to walk in.... I'd love to train myself to wear 7" on special occasions

ROFL!!!!!!!! i love this description particularly since i spent 6 years in catholic school and was one of the girls always modifying my uniform to defy the rules!!
 
To the OP: my highest are 3", quite comfortable maryjane type pumps. However, being a Birki girl, i am definitly a fan of comfort over fashion. (Although all my Birks are cute[:)])

I  wore 3-4" heels every day when I was alot younger. Now once a week or so. My favs are a pair of 4" black pumps with ankle straps. They were $$ but worth it, I can walk or stand for hours in them. My highest are 5", were cheap and start to hurt after 15min., strictly inside shoes. Most of the time I'm in tennies or flip-flops.

4" strappy sandals and I fall over whenever I wear them.

2" - 2 1/2" the rest of the time.

I love wearing stilettoes when we play together.  Nothing else, just red stilettoes.  Makes me feel SO sexy!
