how pink is pink? Is it pale or deep? I'd say pink as long as it's not Barbie pink. Or you could do what I do when I don’t know what color to wear and just match your car. Yay for blue nail polish.

I tried to find purple nail polish to match the shirt...but all the ones close were off just enough to make it glaringly obvious it didnt QUITE match...the pink is kinda a deep pink (not hot pink, more this color only a bit darker) with shimery stuff through it...the shirt is this but deeper too...darn its hard to match colors on a computer....

What else are you wearing? Given that information, I'd say go with the pink, or be nude.

yea...i do to..but Sir really likes red nails...but I think the red looks a bit odd next to the purple...sigh..life is difficult

lol...i love LA's "be nude" suggestion...purple top, denim a line skirt, black heels...I think im leaning towards the pink too....and unfortunantly I cant "go nude" with my nails cause Ive got those fake tip acrylic thingys...so I have to paint them with something...hopefully the rest of me will "be nude" by the end of the evening though...gotta make up for the disapointing stand up last weekend....

Oh blech- one of the main reasons I will NEVER get fake stuff put on my nails. So not worth the long term trouble. With that mix, yes pink does sound better. Red and purple are very hard to work together when both are very bold. One needs to be soft.

I would sooner die than to put red next to purple. A french manicure goes with everything. Or an extremely light, soft pink, or a "nude- like" color.

Red... If the purple is deep enough, orange to pillowbox red rocks. French tip would match, but pink as a colour would suck with purple of any kind. Peace the.dark.
