I'm as proud as my boobs as I hear most men are of their special parts. I like em! and want them to stay the same.
I'm not fat or chubby, but have about 10-15 pounds I would like to drop, mostly thighs and tummy. Saddly, I've been told that I will likely drop down a boob size or two while losing the rest of the weight.

Anyway I can keep the boobs big while making the rest small?
I don't know much about exercising to begin with : /

This may sound silly, but I really am serious

Thanks to those who actually try to answer :)

It really varies from person to person. Generally, when you lose body fat, you lose it from everywhere, boobs included. But! I've seen people lose *alot* of weight and still keep their boobs. If you want to just be healthier and exercise, I think that takes priority hehe.

It really depends on how your body responds to weight loss.  While it's true a good portion of women will drop a boob size or two, it's not a fact for ALL women...no way to know until you try.  That being said, there's no way to dictate to your body where you want the weight to come off.  you can "tone" specific body parts, but when losing fat (weight) your body will use any and all fat stores, including your boobs.

Hope you manage to lose it everywhere but there *grin*...i know i'm gonna be dropping from a DD to a C by the time i'm done *sigh*....

Mmm....modern science to help me must be out there somewhere!
Er, not plastic surgery though.

Anyone who knows something about exercising, would just doing thigh and tummy exercises or something along those lines work? Or sad pathetic idea?

while you will drop a boob size, fat dont care where it gets lost from---

what you can do is fly-presses and bench presses and things that would tone and bulk the muscle underneath the fatbags, it will give them a much perkier look and can compensate for the loss of fat to some degree.

I'm a total non real exerciser, meaning I don't do gym type things (only swimming) but surely there must be something to strengthen the pecs while whittling the waist?

*one of my dreams is to be able to shift excess squish to other areas  *

Depends on the person, as others have said. What I've done in the past is to exercise on my way down in pounds, loosing about 5 more pounds than desired. Keep exercising and over a period of time, put those 5 lbs back on, until back at the proper weight. Hopefully it will go back to your boobs.

we must, we must, increase our bust, the bigger the better the tighter the sweater--we must, we must -----

with weights, flypresses, pecs and bench presses.

no other way to compensate.

generally your body will lose fat first from the last places you gained weight too....so if you had big tits before you gained your extra pounds, you probably still will when you lose it...but if you only just got visited from the boob fairy since you gained the weight, its probably going to be the first weight you lose.

If your boobage is the result of weight gain, then they will likely shrink some as you lose.  But if your boobage is there no matter your weight, then it will likely stay as you lose, but your overall body including the boobs will be smaller.

Definitely do some weights and resistance, along with cardio.  And one thing that helps keep things firm as you lose is to take care of your skin - all of it.

Skin brushing is a wonderful technique for skin care, and helps keep things smooth, firm and healthy.  Do a google on "skin brushing" and you'll get some websites with good info.

Also drink PLENTY of water and moisturize your skin.

This way, even if you do lose some of your boobage, they won't likely be flabby.

I was going to say the same thing, Devoura.  I have lost over 75 lbs. now and can't get 'em to go down a cup size.  I actually want smaller ones but it looks like it ain't gonna happen...lol...it really does depend on the person but I'm not sure why the differences.  I've never researched it though.  I just figured different people have different experiences.........luci

According to every trainer I've talked to in my lifetime no.  You lose weight the way your body wants to lose weight.  If that happens to be your breasts then thats what it is.
You cannot do spot training and lose only in the areas you want to lose in either.
Just comes down to your body...and what it wants to take fat off of.

Having those little bundles of joy only made my boobs elongate.

I'm going with Ron's advice - do pectoral work to tighten up the muscles underneath your boobs. It will make them stick out and perk up ... until you're my age. Ain't nothin' perky about midlife (although with a good demi, you can fake it).

while there is enormous discussion of the intricacies of them moving parts, they are pretty simple.............here is a picture (boys, don't start banging the shit out of the site, let the girls look and see what is and is not possible):

I have found that, what goes on last- comes off first. So if you noticed that your boobs were the last thing to get larger when you put on weight, they will be the first to go.  (at least that is how it is with me)

The only way you can keep bigger boobs when dropping
weight(when you normally have small breasts when thin)
is to have a boob job.
