...nope, he gave up his Canadian citizenship to get the title of Lord........unless GWB sees him  as a Libby sort of person......

philosophy:
According to the article he rips off 60 million dollars and gets a one million dollar fine.  He is facing a maximum of  thirty five years in the poky which I doubt he will do any...there is an appeal system and I would suggest he will post bond to stay free on appeal and continue to enjoy the priviledge his millions will buy him.  I hope you will keep us posted as to his progress.

i certainly will post as Black's appeal process continues.....however i'm curious, do those in the USA think that this verdict is linked to fallout from Enron? Is corporate America cleaning itself up or just throwing a few individuals to the lions?

...and i've just heard that the conservative party in the UK has withdrawn the whip from Black in the house of Lords.
