One time I was looking at one of those sex offender registry sites and I noticed that 98% of the people in there are uglier than a clear plastic bag of bleeding assholes!
I mean elephant man ugly!

(1) Evolution by Natural Selection isn't true.
So ugly people are quite safe.

(2) There is such a thing in biology as regression to the mean.
A consequence is that if an intelligent couple breed a UM that lacks their acuity or intellectual skills, which statistically is most likely, then new mental states have to be created to explain this.
The mosts well known is Dyslexia though I am sure that those of you who are more familiar with modern evasions than I am know of many more.

Since my parents were shall we say a sandwich short of a full lunchbox that leaves me rather well endowed in the brains department. lol

I got as far as seeing it was Newsweek and the article was written by Sharon Begley.. That's about far enough.
