congrats on the low numbers....mine are staying under 120, but i may have to give in and take the metformin...i think thats what its called...

now for my problem...it seems i have posted too much since joining this site and im about to move from 4 sets of cuffs(which dont scare me) to a big ass paddle(which scares the bejezus outa me).....so i need to hush or get brave.....sighs.......

Metformin works well for some folks, but if it doesn't, tell your doc you want to try Januvia. No drug works for every diabetic, except insulin , but Januvia did wonders for me.

As for the upcoming paddle, it only hurts for awhile

Does anybody remember when Michael Kennedy and Sonny Bono were killed in ski accidents. It was almost identical, they were on south side ski slopes and even hit the same kind of pine tree. The only difference was Kennedy was found face down, and Bono was found Sonny side up.

Speaking of O.J. he was just kicked out of a restaurant. he is used to it by know, he used to play golf on the best golf couses in the world, and is now reduced to playing minature golf at putt-putt.

Yes, and I've learned from CM sources that one was arranged by neocon Christian fascists, and the other by fat, hairy lesbian Liberals. I think the time has come for a thread to be started exposing these two long-hidden factions.

DRAMA QUEEN (a song parody by me based on Abba's 'Dancing Queen')

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=7GFpMb0sOaw

She can moan
She can shout
It's really hard working her out
Oooh see her rant
Making a scene
This is a drama queen

Friday at five with no date to show
You can tell her spirits are already low
She's found several problems
And looking for a chance
To find her audience

Back at work on Monday she don't know why
She arrives late and her files are high
Then she gets some e-mails
And trying to make sense of it
She has another fit

And each time she gets the chance
She is a drama queen
Making her life another theatrical scene
Drama queen
Makes a scene
Like she's a female Mister Bean
Oh yeah

All the stress
All the strife
Makes up the soap opera of her life
See her rant
Watch the scene
Yes it's the drama queen

You think hardship really turns her on
She panics when all her problems have gone
Looking out for another
Anything will do
To get her in the mood for a scene

And when she gets the chance
She is the drama queen
Turning her life into another scene
Drama queen
Making a scene
Worse than Mister Bean
Oh yeah

Another crisis
Even more strife
Making up the soap opera of her life
Oooh see that girl
Watch the scene
She is a drama queen

Here is something miscellaneous

I have lost 30 lbs since last christmas. I was in some denial about how much I needed to lose... so I think I may lose about 15 more... I am pretty trim, but I want to be back to my high school weight.

Congratulations Juliaoceania, that is great on the 30 pound weight loss. I have faith you can loose the other 15 pounds.
