Rotterdam has a new 24 hour drive in coffeeshop (where you buy cannabis) called appropriately McBlow. It's proving quite a success and attracting new customers who don't like visiting traditional coffeeshops.

The image is faked but the story isn't.

If you could get an air start there as well, they would have to build a new highway system.

Mmmmm...Burger Express made the best warm Taylor ham and cheese sandwiches smothered in ketchup.  Heaven at three in the morning.

That's why I don't blah blah blah.  With the munchies I get, one, I'd go broke, and two, I'd weigh 400 lbs.

There is a McDonalds just behind McBlow. Everbody is just waiting for the litigation to start but things are apparently amicable at the moment.

I picture them ready to protest, then realizing how golden those arches are about to become.  I'd be stocking up on french fries if I were them!

Yeah, when I was younger (and, errrrr, hungrier), I would make a pit stop at an all-night Burger King about a block from my apartment. It seemed fun at the time.

Gee, thanks Aileen....Taylor ham is one of my favorites....but we can't get it here. Now I'm going to have my mouth watering all night.

Other things we can't get here are decent pizza, bagels, seafood, Italian food, cheesecake,Yankee Doodles, Devil Dogs, black and white cookies, crumb cake, Knishes, good cold cuts, good rye bread, Wise potato chips, Blackout Cake, Egg Creams, properly aged beef, real hot dogs and about 1,001 other things that I used to take for granted. Ok, now I'm starving and there is nothing in this state I really want to eat at the moment.

They were "magically delicious" lol.

I was sooooo paranoid back then, it's taken years of being law-abiding to get that out of my system.

Back in the 80s you could buy cold beer in a drive-thru party store in North Carolina, I do not know if they still do.

We have drive through party stores here that sell cold beer. You're not allowed to OPEN or CONSUME the cold beer in the vehicle though.

It was one of those paradigm-altering moments the first time I was pulled over and realized there wasn't a single felony anywhere in the car.
