BDsbabygirl -> Hello, I'm New! (7/10/2007 12:55:45 AM)

Hello, everyone, just wanted to introduce myself...

I'm a sub and fairly new at this. I met my Dom without looking for one
or even knowing much about this life. We met at work and he says he was
immediately smitten with me. As I only wanted to be friends, that's how
we stayed for about two months. Eventually, I began to fall for him as
he had fallen for me. Now, early on, he'd told me he'd been into BDSM
but wasn't too much into the scene anymore. He also tells me that he
would've went completely vanilla for me if he'd had to. But! He saw
tendencies in me that he recognized and we are greatly enjoying his
bringing them out of me. So far, I've agreed to sub only in the bedroom
since I like being [as much as possible] his equal outside of it. But I
can also see that it's bound to trickle outside of it, just because of
our personality types. Today, I directly asked him (through a letter) if
there were anythings outside the bedroom that he really feels a need to
be Dom about and we'll talk about it tonight when he gets off of work.
On the one hand, I'm hoping he wants some say so about non-bedroom
things because I am naturally a follower who loves to serve her man -
though I only thought of it as 'spoiling' when I was still completely
vanilla - but on the other hand, I am afraid of what he may say he wants
to control because there is a part of me that has always hated to be
TOLD what to do rather than asked and I'm afraid I may prove myself not
to be so sub after all.
