Hi, The facility on this site to view who has looked at your profile is interesting if only that it reveals who doesn't actually look before writing..

Anyone else notice that they get lots of messages from people who don't actually bother to read the profile but decide to get in touch anyway?

People who don't appear on that list might still have viewed your profile. We've gone over this several times. First, they can view it while logged in as a Guest. Second, they can view it through the summary screen. Here, look at this:

It shows your whole profile, but anyone who clicks that won't show up under your "Who's Viewing Me" list.

Keep in mind that it only lists the people who click on "view full profile." They may have read your profile thoroughly and just didn't take the extra step of looking to see what your interests are, for instance.

yes i have that promblem alot and i get some from peopl whom saythat they want me, but if they took the time to read my profile they'd see that i'm here for the forums and not so much looking to meet ppl.

I have so much email and on-going communication that I don't really have time to actually sort out who has looked at my profile and decided not to write. I think it's great that they disqualified themselves therefore saving me from the task later.

Anybody who writes me, whether they read my full profile, is subject to the same expectations and outcome :)

I think we all get mail from those that don't bother reading our profiles. Many just have a generic mail that they send out to anyone that sort of fits what they are looking for. I sometimes have fun with those people.

Dont reley on the "who is viewing me" too much to know who is interested in you. One of the more intellegent trollers may have opened it to see the list of things you enjoy, and desided that the two of you are not a match before sending you or generic "U wanna fuk" email. Also there are people like me, I am a profile perv, meaning that I will view a profile that peaks my intrest, ether by what is written or by the photo.

There are limitations to the summary screen however. If the person's profile is wordy, it will be cut off after a few paragraphs. You have to view the full profile to read it completely. Also the kink list is not available from the summary screen. And if there is a picture, the basic information is unavailable as well (their age, where they live, orientation, etc. The former is put in place of the latter.

Not dissing the summary screen; I use it all the time. But if you really want to see the complete profile and remain anonymous, sign in as a guest as L&M suggested.
