I've been at the gym Miss H.... there's fresh veggies and fruit... and chicken around here.  I've been inspired.

your inspiration inspires me, sunny; *THANX*, because i really needed that. In the meantime, allow me to.. share the bounty..
*scoots in and sets some bags on yonder side table. in one is a gallon jug of fresh local cider (soft), in the next are three fifths of orange blossom and cranberry mead, homebrewed and got by mail order from personal friends who make and sell the stuff, and in the last (big) bag are some covered dishes of quiche, kismet's personal recipe Happy Chicken, and a plate of crescent moon cookies. almost as a last thought i bring out the two bags of candy corn from the depths of my pocketbook*

I have worked out ofor almost 2 hours today, and I"m going to go take the dogs for a longgggggggggggg walk.  I went grocery shopping and came back with all this healthy food... and sat it right down... next to the X,Y, and Z that my aunt and uncle have.  Now when I want to reach for Z, I have an apple instead!

Hello ladys, a nice day on the farm, there won't be many more as winter gets here but I did enjoy the day walking...I will be in a cast soon and wish that I could take a walk with ol' sam..so what has everyone been up too on this beatiful fall day, I hope that everyone got out to enjoy it,,grabs a pot .cup and apple pie and plops down in MISS H booth smile..

I don't think so MISS H just that everyone was busy just like I was, I went walking, clean out the stalls, put fresh shaving down, brush the horses and in general just stayed busy,,,how is your mom doing, I forgot to ask about her went we talked last, I hope she is well along with yourseelf...b

She is doing as well as can be hoped for Bounty .. Im under the weather today .. but managed to make a pot of chicken soup with egg noodles that I had made and hung to dry before I got " puny" lol

Its the weather .. everyone is out and about while they can be ....

scoots over to make room for Bounty .. now my friend for that long chat on a chilly evening that old friends do so well ...

Reaching for a glass of mead . it has been years since I had any that was homemade ... .. thanks for sharing the earths bounty Goddess!

Well, you ask them what they think would be the best plan... and then say "that sounds good."  Usually when people ask for help (I am thinking it means advice), what they really want is permission to do what they are already planning on doing.

*this of course is with the caveat that illegal, harmful, suicidal things are not (obviously) part of this.

All this cooking talk is making us hungury, we are thinking about a big pot of potatoe soup with a crispy cornbread, it would be done in time for a late night snack or put it in the crock pot and have it for breakfast, whata ya think smile..We voted for a late night snack lol..

yeah girl, old friends and good chat makes an interesting evening and I always go away feeling good after our talks smile..

Hi all!

I have treats for all ages!  Apples, "fun-sixed" candy bars, M&Ms, homemade cookies (Fluffy's recipe), a nice roast, potatoes, and fresh rolls!  Just what is needed for a harvest feast!  Please enjoy and be safe this holiday! 

I am off to put Butterhead in her Pumpkin costume for her first trick-or-treat!  [:)]

Today is Sunday, November 1st.  It is quiet here at Bounty's - a good time to clean the baseboards and window sills.  this girl is using Murphy Oil Soap on them and the other wood surfaces... makes Bounty's smell like the church ladies have been here.

hello ladys, well today is town day, we made an effort to eat the frezzer and frid bare so we could restock it this month, so the chicken and steaks are on sale so fill them up. will probally have a late dinner out saving on washing dishes smile, so you all get out and enjoy this fine fall day as ol' sam and I had our daily walk and it was glorious, he chased squirrels until it was time for home and his can with his vitams he was a hungery ol' boy when he and dad got home not to mention a tired old dad lol..see ya all later this evening the good Lord willing...b

this girl cleans up in the kitchen and makes sure all the Boss's groceries are put up.
 
girl turns down the lights - "we have to save money, it doesn't grow on trees, you know"
 
...takes out the trash, and goes home to bed.
