iTS ONLY3 AM BUT HELL I AM AWAKE AND I HAVE FIGURED IT BETTTER TO GET UP THEN LAY THERE AND GET YOUR BACK HURTING, IT WAS A TOUGHT CHOICE THIS MORNING WAKE HER FOR AN EARLY GO ROUND OR BE THE NICE KIND GENTLER MAN I HAVE BECOME AND JUST GET UP AND LET HER SLEEP, SO THE KINDER GENTLER BOUNTY IS STARTING HIS DAY, THE POTS ARE PARKING SNACKS OUT AND THE GRILL IS GETTING HOT COME ON IN...b..DAMM THOSECAPS THEY WEREN'T THERE WHEN I WENT TO BED LAST NIGHT LOL..

This morning at Bounty's we are providing a low calorie breakfast items for those who want it.
 
The Veggie Omelet using EggBeaters and fat free cheese - 90 cal
Toast (Double Fiber Bread from Nature's Own with Orange Marmalade or Strawberry Jam (Smucker's with Splenda) 60 cal
OR
French Toast using egg beaters and double fiber bread - 75 cal

Good day ladys, I have been all day trying to figuar out why we couldn't get our website back up and running, it turns out that some low life hacked, now thats a cats meow smile, why would any one hack a site selling electronice and anitues coins rail road watches antique pocket knives etc, some people just don't have any thing to do so the wreack havec on the rest of us, i will have a cup and slice of apple pie fluffy with 2 big scoops on vanilla ic whao did i say vanilla, how have you ladys been doing this day, i was pissed after dealing with the site for about 3 hours so I went over to brush the horses, thats therputic for me, works out my bad attitude and they love it as well..you all behave your selfs now and we shall see you later...B

Tonight's low calorie idea  -
Hot, open faced Turkey(98% lean) Sandwich with 2 Tablespoons gravy on Whole Grain Double Fiber bread. 
122 cal, 7g carbs, 14g protein.

It all sounds great fluffy but  supper was out tonight we went to shoot a little pool with some friends ands decided to eat out rather then come home and cook, but you take so good care of us smile,,,we are a lucky bunch here at Bounty's,omne more cup of decafe for the night, i have found that i sleep better if i drink it starting late in the day..I am off to VA early in the morning to see a new doctor that has a new procedure for working on the degenatere joints supposily the healing time is much shorter and the whole deal takes less time on the table so we shall see what he has in mind, I should have had it down this month but the screwed up on getting my test done and schelding itas enought to make one shout uncle to the world...B

Mornin Bounty, Mornin all.  Got a big ol pot of chicken noodle soup started, should be done in an hour or so.  The asylum here all caught what I had, sooooo, yeah.  Going to be plenty to go around too.  I never did learn to make small pots of soup.  Good ol' jewish penicillin.  Can thank my Bubbe Enoch for teaching me how to make it.  So, have at.

HIII!  LOL, noticed. :)  I has points now!  How many do I need to get the toaster oven? 

Looks like the soup will be done sooner than planned, not too humid today so it's coming together nicely.  And you in particular could use some good old fashioned chicken noodle soup, made with real, old fashions!

EDIT:  To add, No house should smell this yummy at a quarter to 7 a.m.
