Hmm. . . no one has brought breakfast. . . let me give it a whirl. . . Country fried potatoes with chorizo, green chilie, 2 eggs, cheese, salsa, and tortillas! If people need a little extra "kick" in their breakfast, I did dry up some habenero peppers, and they can be sprinkled on top! [:)]

Well, I hope that you all enjoy! Green chili is supposed to be good for you because it is high in Vitamin C and Antioxidents. Or so I have heard.

this girl blushes at the compliment and continues chopping up the vegetables for the soup. Supper: Vegetable, Ground Beef, and Barley soup will be in the crock pot. The beef is Laura's 96% Lean Ground Round and the broth is low fat, low sodium beef broth. The boss will probably want corn bread to go with the soup. There's also crackers.
