howdy twisted..

TwistedHeart74 -> RE: BOUNTY'S coffee shop (9/24/2009 7:32:36 PM)

I brought homemade lemon bars and double chocolate chocolate chunk cookies for snacks, along with a nice veggie tray for those not into sweets [:)]

fluffypet61 -> RE: BOUNTY'S coffee shop (9/24/2009 7:34:40 PM)

thanks, twisted...that looks yummy.

TwistedHeart74 -> RE: BOUNTY'S coffee shop (9/24/2009 7:38:17 PM)

I love to bake [:)] I experiment with all sorts of stuff like that

You should try the MishMash cookies...oatmeal with dehydrated apples and gold raisins (however you spell the ruddy word heh); with a tiny dash of star anise in them.

TwistedHeart74 -> RE: BOUNTY'S coffee shop (9/24/2009 7:48:15 PM)

I'll be happy to bring some next time Bounty [:)]

Ok, I have to know...who is Letitia Cropley?

fluffypet61 -> RE: BOUNTY'S coffee shop (9/24/2009 7:53:03 PM)

Letitia Cropley was a character in the old BBC TV show Vicar of Dibley.  She made unusual "delicacies" like parsnip brownies.

dcnovice -> RE: BOUNTY'S coffee shop (9/24/2009 7:54:42 PM)

God, I loved her!

TwistedHeart74 -> RE: BOUNTY'S coffee shop (9/24/2009 7:56:02 PM)

[:'(]parsnip brownies???? That sounds really aweful LOL

Rest assured, my creations are actually tastey! No mixing sardines and icecream here.

fluffypet61 -> RE: BOUNTY'S coffee shop (9/24/2009 7:57:34 PM)

Seafood?  She mixed chocolate with cod roe!

TwistedHeart74 -> RE: BOUNTY'S coffee shop (9/24/2009 8:01:51 PM)

Well, I've tried chocolate covered grasshoppers and ants before...

BOUNTYHUNTER -> RE: BOUNTY'S coffee shop (9/24/2009 8:23:12 PM)

BOUNTYHUNTER -> RE: BOUNTY'S coffee shop (9/24/2009 8:25:17 PM)

EVENING LADY'S, time for some coffee and some interesting conversations, what has everyone been up to this day..

I told you Bounty, I never do ANYTHING all day!

Okay. . . went to Wichita to look at a piece of equipment. . . On the way back, we stopped at this "diner" at a stockyard for lunch.  It was not auction day, so we did not get to pet our food before it was cooked.  I had an interesting sandwich though.  I got home, made some cupcakes and had a meatloaf sammich for dinner, took Butterhead to the park, helped my mom finish off her paper for class and get it submited, read some in a book, made sure the fridge had all the old food out of it and only the good leftovers in it, made up some frosting and frosted the cupcakes, preped the coffee pot for the morning, made some ice tea, and wiped down the kitchen counters, threw a load of laundry in to wash and then put it in the dryer, made sure that all the dirty clothes were by the washer, swept up the floors, played with Butterhead and read Peapod, The Little Rabbit With a Big Heart, made sure that she ate a decent dinner, and watched a little bit of Iron Chef

Interesting conversation huh?  Hmmm. . . . It looks like sunspots 1026 and 1027 are part of a new sunspot cycle (24) and that we WILL be having sunspots for a bit before we have another no spot day.  [:)]

TwistedHeart74 -> RE: BOUNTY'S coffee shop (9/24/2009 8:29:05 PM)

*chuckles* No Bounty, it's not wriggling *slaps lolli on the table to stop the critter from moving* See? [:)]
