I still have some more green beans that can be snapped. I may also roast or braise some carrots. Or cook them with dill and honey. I have not decided, except that the stuffing will be sweet, so maybe not such a sweet veggie. I may also bake up some potatoes.

i bought a bag of small red potatoes today...they looked soooo cute. i think i will quarter them and oven fry them with Mrs Dash seasoning.

Argh! Now I remember why I was going to go to the Farmer's Market yesterday! To buy blueish/purpleish potatoes. Ah well. We will just have to eat the boring regular ones. [>:]

i've seen those in Kroger's as Fingerling Potatoes. They come packaged in mixed colors. They're cute, too.

From what I understand you can do all the regualr things with them. Mashed, baked, french fries, chips, hashbrowns. The ones I saw were larger than the fingerling ones.
