Good Morning, Boss and sunshine! Turkey and Spinach omelet with swiss cheese and tomato, wheat toast, country fried potatoes. Coffee, Tea, Road Tar, Milk, Juice. i'll eat after weigh-in.

oops, i already posted breakfast, sorry VP. Supper tonight is Mexican. Funny thing about amateur radio club meetings around here - they all take place at restaurants. Guess who doesn't have to weigh-in for a whole week and is probably not going to eat on her food plan??

Hanable, the pot stickers come 3 in a boxed frozen meal ("Healthy Choice") with rice and sauce and veggies. You eat only one boxed meal to get those numbers.

LOL Fluffy ...I put things in my basket at the market that I wnt to eat but shouldnt have ... let them ride around the store with me ... then go put them back as I find I dont really want them .. just wanted to know I COULD if I wanted to .....works great for me

Boss, part of the reason Bounty's slides off page one is that several of the people who post here on the "Original" Bounty's are busy posting to other sites. this girl tries to make the "Original" Bounty's Coffee Shop interesting and informative and to engage all who post here.
