Well, i've drunk 90 oz of liquids so far today - only 38 left to go. Yesterday i drank 100 oz. It's not difficult but i have to keep the drink bottle by me and remember to drink from it frequently. Today it's flavored water - water from the tap with Kool Aid Tropical Punch sweetened with Splenda (only 1/2 cup of splenda instead of the cup of sweetner listed in the package instructions). i'm using a double wall 20 oz drink bottle with a flip top. i'm so busy drinking my liquids that i don't have the urge for as many snacks. i guess that's good.

Good Morning everyone! this girl had to clean up over at the Last thread, somebody spilled a whole container of cocoa powder over there. Breakfast today (until Aylee, VP or sunshine bring something better) is cereal, fruit and milk. Coffee and Tea, too.

Hi Fluffy, It won't stop me! I'm so looking forward to this "different" vacation. I've never been to a "Working Ranch" tho I'm sure Mr. B would allow me to come/work on his ranch....<wink, wink>

Afternoon all, boy oh its a hot one today and the humidy is terrible,Our air went out yesterday and the pollen and humidy got to me so off to the er for several breathing tretements,hell with central air,I went today and bought 3 17,500 room air units one in the lr one in the dinning room and one in the play pen.I am tired of CA breaking down and every time the repairman comes out its at least 500 big ones, so in the long run the room uinits are a better deal for me..Not to mention a hunidfier in the br as well, a cold one and getting busy insalling the units...Can't ya just see hottie a city girl on a working ranch , where would she run if the bulls got after her lol...Climb a tree maybe, thats what I had to do last year when the Brama got loose ands was determined to get me, so around and around the maple tree out front until my baby rescued me smile, yeaper a big stick and a mean woman did the deal...He belonged to my neighbor accross the road and was after every body but diane and our cow dog zeak, who would jump up and grab him by that big nose...
