Good Morning everybody!  
 
Breakfast - eggs, whole grain toast, cheeses and various breakfast meats.  You can stack it up and make an egg sandwich or spread it out over a plate with a serving of fried potatoes and onions.

Good Morning, All:

Thanks to Fluffy for bringing in breakfast. We have another muggy day here in MD tho it looks like more rain so I'll just add iced road tar & a pitcher of strawberry protein shake.

this girl just finished making a big bowl of Whole Wheat ,Spiral Macaroni Salad with pickle, onion, red bell pepper and hard boiled egg - mixed together with Miracle Whip. 
 
Hot dogs and buns are on the grill.

I have a cucumber and tomato salad with sunflower kernels as well Fluffy!  It is darn tasty.

Boss, you did say i could have tomorrow and part of Sunday off, didn't you?  i'll be camping and doing radio stuff up by the New River Gorge Bridge.  Should be back Sunday afternoon.

kool ill just take a version with out the bell pepper please and a couple of hot dogs. it was an ok day for the forge it got a bit too hot to be moving but even though we heat influenced snapped at each other we got all the stuff in the new house now just to re arrange it while i have the dog isolated because hes nothing but a big baby and i just got him so hes going thorough that seperation anxiety. but he got a some what hair cut to help deal with the heat and a grooming today and is now laying at my feet beside the bed. :D

and we named him demon though at times we call him a shadow demon cuz he shadows us LOL
