i hope you are enjoying your Sunday afternoon (if i figured it out right). According to the source i have you are 13 1/2 hours ahead of me. i'm used to whole hour differences in other time zones.

It's time to post the Sunday lunch menu. How about an old family favorite - meat loaf, green beans and macaroni-n-cheese. Of course served with SWEET iced tea.

Supper: Ham slice with pineapple ring, cloves, brown sugar and maraschino cherry, French cut green beans, carrots and hot roll. Coffee, Tea, Iced Tea, Water or adult beverage.
