The Hotel or Inn Brunch is a tradition in many US cities on Easter. You can come for a late Breakfast (eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage, etc.) or Dinner (ham, chicken, turkey, beef roast, all sorts of veggies, etc) and the breads and desserts are many.
Here at Bounty's we'll have a slightly smaller brunch.
Table 1 is breakfast -
Omelets with your choice of filling - may i recommend the spinach and turkey omelet made with spinach and tomato mixed into the eggs folded over roast turkey and swiss cheese.
Muffins - blueberry, bran, oatmeal, cranberry.
Toast - white or whole grain with Jelly, Jam or Apple Butter
Coffee, Tea, Milk, Juice
Fresh fruit
Table 2 is dinner -
Roast Turkey or Ham studded with cloves with raisin sauce
Mashed Sweet potatoes baked in the skin or seasoned oven baked red potatoes,
Veggies - French cut green beans with garlic, glazed baby carrots
Assorted Cobblers with ice cream
blueberry muffins please and some applebutter on toast with milk thanks
