Nice to see you here MissH. i've been saving a special tea pot for you... Napoleon's wife Empress Josephine had a garden with 250 varieties of roses, and once employed the French artist Pierre-Joseph Redoute (1759-1840), well-known for his beautiful paintings of roses. MissH - i will mention it to Him when He returns next week. i have been eating extra protein (required for tissue building and repair) since the surgery - 80g per day up from 45 g per day. If i eat the whole package of NutterButter cookies i can get 32g of protein. Do you suppose that i should eat some meat, poultry, or fish to get the extra instead of all the cookies?????

Just make sure that you eat two and half packages of NutterButter's. Well. . . no need to go over board. Get the extra protien froma glass of milk while you eat TWO packages. [:)]

this girl puts the empty pie plate in the dishwasher - not even a crumb left on it. she takes out the trash and goes home to sleep. (Still sleeping in the recliner.)
