Hello again. Of course you should not deny yourself. But you could time it with the end of a scene. As for cuddling and after care? Better have him do something for you, "focus" on you, than be the focus of your attention (focus on him). The only thing you can "work" on, is "lag time" before regaining "erotic" thought.
The older the sub, the bigger the lag time. With experience, some subs compensate with non sexual service until they regain more of the "erotic" part of the dynamic. RL.
