Organs are no big deal. Seen one, seen them all. It's when you stop looking at them as if they were simply lumps of muscle, and start thinking about what it is that they contribute towards the entirety of one's soul that organs begin to take on a squick factor.

I was more thinking from a food perspective. I am not overly fond of meat, and organs are a definite "will not" eat. Now if civilization was to end, and that is all that there was, I am sure I would feel different. But in the here and now, just am not going to. As far as the soul thing goes, I do not believe in such a thing, so no squick factor there.
