I've had many real life meetings without sex. I've had others with some sort of sex. But the choice was always mine.

For me personally, I have to TRUST the person a great deal to go to subspace. And it doesn't happen after 1/2 a dozen swats. So generally on a first play date....there is not the ability to manipulate me into sex or anything else I'm not inclined to do.

Rarely I've let a first play date put me in cuffs, but again, I must know him well and trust him. It is not generally what I do though, as I don't wish to end up where I don't want to be.

For me, I tend to approach things with a "not asking others to do things Im not willing to do myself" sort of outlook.

I have provided her with all the relevant information about me.

I refuse (most of the time, and when I have not I have regretted the decision to do so) to leave where I am meeting her for the first time and go to another place. I think she should be allowed a cool-off time to consider if she wants to take it further.

So whether I restrained a person on the first meeting with me is somewhat moot. Wont happen.
