ok- an old friend and family is back in town I hear. I told my 2 friends flat out- the message is that I am "starting to remember that she owes me money and there is no point to you having my address." any interestig exepreiences on folks trying to move in with you??

I used to have an open door policy for friends and family members. This made life way too complicated and I am now very selective as to who can stay for a night or a weekend.

I have three bedrooms and two baths. One of the bedrooms is for storage with boxes , furniture etc stored in it. The other bedroom has it's own bathroom and is for guests. So, I doubt anyone would be "moving in" with me!Pa hunk, if someone owes you money and won't pay you fuck em! Let them stay in a homeless shelter or in the woods but NEVER let them into your house not even for a visit!

some personaities thrive on chaos. she has huge tits- the men have already beenin fist fights and shes been bitch slapped many times. small towns are quirky- you just dont go airing dirty laundry to the whole valley. the money issue is so separate. her method of "saving" the most diviant jerk- who then goes on to scam her- they scam who ever. throw in children and youth- guns. and booze- and really- she should have stayed in the south. i dont know if she even knoows she does this. but loose lips sink ships- as they say. sleeping with married men- can lead to trouble as well. which brings me back to her HUGE tits. see??

I had known a woman in chat for years, actually visiting her a couple of times on vaction. When Katrina wiped out New Orleans she needed to go somewhere so I offered up my home. I'd just just gotten divorced and out of the hospital so I did need someone with me anyway and she needed a place so I thought it was perfect. Oy vey. She hit major depression and never got a job. Finally I had to ask her to leave with the promise that she would indeed begin paying me back. Hmmmm. That part hasn't happened lol. I'm glad I could give her a place while she pulled herself together but i am not so glad at how it all turned out in the end. She lied at a chat place I used to hang, saying that I was coming in under a different nick claiming she was beating me up. Which really cracked me up. Man it got weird! Totally surreal, most of which I'm putting down to her untreated bipolar and her untreated depression. Use care, when someone moves into your house they can often gain legal rights as tenants! Eviction is costly and time consuming.

Cjenny, eviction is easy. You throw their shit outside, pour gasoline on it and light it off. They don't get the message then you get a bat and beat them to a pulp. Then you call the cops and say they attacked you in your own home.

monthly tenants are diffiicult. weekly is no problem. they are classified as guests or "unwanted guests"- no notice is requitred.
