I'm still trying to get the lay of the proverbial land, and this seems like the natural place to start. Hope I get to know some good people here and learn more about the lifestyle.

Heh, I'm afraid it's nothing to do with the lifestyle. It's just an obscure literary reference I used as my username when I first started online, and I've just stuck with it ever since.
