i was just inform that the post i had written before was not one to be paost on this fourm it had to do with my problema with saving bonds that were stolem from me. i had ask for help with them i was not able to get online. i just read the replies to my post . someone just told me that it was not a subject to be place on the OFF TOPIC. someone said this is a bdsm place and my post was not to be here.

well then why are their post of latex allgies or the man who had the tb problem. did i make a mistake in coming to this forum for help? is there sp,ething wrong with what  i wrote or how i wrote it ws ths subject wrong. i would like a clear asnwer what can be written here and what can not be written i was embassress and was told if they see it in another place. clean answer would help me,. that is all i ask when you lose a loved one is it hard so hard. i hope no one who wrote unkind things to me never lose someone.you see i would never even think og being unkind to anyon but that is just me .

thank you all for your advice will do this (the one thing needed answer was where do i look online for the saving bonds )

Seems to me that 'off topic' was exactly the right place to post your piece. Whoever told you otherwise was wrong, imo.
