Damn Sinergy......it's all getting very ironic [;)]

I posted somewhere else that my entire life is a set of things abstracted out, which are then made into other abstractions, which then have things abstracted from those things.

When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.

Sinergy

p.s.  I was telling somebody I work with about my friend, who I described as the weirdest person I have ever met.  he said "That means a lot coming from you."

I always thought the goal of feminism was to provide equal opportunity for both genders to do whatever they want without prejudice or judgment. The ability to exploit themselves should be included in that ability shouldn't it? I've not been to Sweden, but do they have any 'adult' entertainment equivalent to what in the US would be called, 'Gentleman's Clubs' featured nude and/or topless dancers? If so, is the person who books the 'talent' required to be blind or pick out dancers sight unseen?

The goals of feminism frequently become in conflict with each other. Radical feminists want women to be sexually liberated, but they also don't want men to look. If men look at women in a sexual way, they consider that exploitation. They then reach the conclusion that because men look at women this way, women shouldnt participate in these pagents even if they freely choose to do so.

Yes, I know....this makes no sense at all... That's the problem.

Then she was booed by hundreds in the Mexican audience. The treatment of the Tennessee beauty queen was nothing personal. It had more to do with Mexico's sometimes tense relationship with its powerful northern neighbor.

U.S. athletes have sparked a similar response. In 2005, when the U.S. played Mexico during a World Cup soccer qualifier, the crowd booed the U.S. national anthem and a smattering of fans chanted "Osama! Osama!" during the game.

AHHHHHHHHHH, but they booed in ENGLISH!

Well, that's seriously rude.
