"I listen to God, and what I've heard is that I'm supposed to devote myself to rebuilding the conservative base of the Republican Party...." Suddenly, I have a whole new understanding of where Richard Dawkins is coming from.

Just as crazy as any, "God has called me to {help the children, save the whales, restore unity, end racism, <other "callings">}"-preaching individual. I think it happens to be easier for people to see these things when the "calling of God" doesn't happen to agree with them. I betcha there's a lot of people out there who believe some God actually did call him to this. Freakin' gullible religious people. PS- God called me to write this post. Literally. We're in eachothers' "Fave 5".

I talk to God about rebuilding a conservative base.....Our conversation went something like this....."DOMIGUY," Said the lord...."I'm kinda busy right now....taking a shit could we please do this later." I respond...."NO WE CANNOT....I THINK IT WOULD BE WISE IF YOU WERE TO REBUILD A BASE OF ORALLY AND ANALLY SERVING SUBS....6 OR 7 WOULD DO...CONSERVATIVELY SPEAKING," Said the Lord...."Whatever you say, you powerful thing you" I reply while checking my last wiping effort to make sure there is no residual poo apparent.
