Mstrss Benadryl stops  runny noses, I need my nose to run and declog lol.unfortunatly it's not, it's just holding all the yucky cloggedness in.

rose asking a question isn't arguing. I asked what's the differnece between awake and asleep. Learn to realise the differnce between arguing and questions.

When sleeping the body relaxes in a different way than just resting. However I don't know of any conclusive reasearch that show how much sleeping helps with cold, that is exessive sleeping as opposed to those daily 8 hours of sleep. And I think making such a research would be a bit hard.  But the way I see it, sleep takes my mind of the annoyance that a cold surely is. And that's good enough for me.

Viridana, well I sure do feel a whole lot better after 2 days of sleep , my nose is still congested, but I do not feel sickly, and that's the fastest I ever felt better, and I'm not looking a gifted horse in the mouth lol.
