Loud boos greet Card at UMass
AMHERST - When it came time for former White House Chief of Staff Andrew H. Card Jr. to receive an honorary doctorate degree yesterday, the din was so loud that few, if any, of those in attendance could hear the reasons for the honor.

Card was honored yesterday at the University of Massachusetts graduate student graduation despite repeated protests, petitions and demonstrations asking that the doctorate of public service be revoked.

Card smiled and waved his award as the booing continued. Some faculty members and graduates waved yellow placards reading "Honor Grads Dis-Card" behind and in front of Card as university President Jack M. Wilson presented him with the degree.

He was one of the assholes who tried to get Ashcroft, in his sickbed, to sign off on torture.

Tar and Feathers are too good for him, in my opinion.

Isn't it amazing that these guys are so evil that Ashcroft is coming off as an American hero?

There's a lot of this going around lately!
Last weekend Sen. Lindsey Graham was booed for trying to push Bush's Amnesty plan.
And his office won't say where or if he's appearing "in the district" because they're afraid he'll get booed at any speaking engagements!
Andrew Card, Lindsey Graham, perfect examples of "The Peter Principle." Textbook!

And people wonder why their degrees are so often worthless? Things like this make it so obvious that colleges and universities don't teach these days - they're nothing more than indoctrination centers for the far left wackos and loons

Polls are showing that only about a quarter of the country believes America is on the right track. Either the White House and Congress are too damn dumb to notice....or they just dont care.
