i'm having a busy day. i've been packing kitchen stuff that i won't need for the next 3 1/2 weeks. i cleaned out the cupboards above the refrigerator and stove. i cleaned the stove (except for the oven). i cleaned the top of the refrigerator. i've been packing craft books. i moved all the boxes of books to the dining room along the wall, labeled them, and taped them.

All the while i've been listening to CD after CD of my collection.

i think that my new med, either by itself or in combination with another of my meds, is making me hyperactive. Everytime i sit down to post on CM or knit, i see something that i can pack or clean ..... and i jump up and do it.

i WIN! i WIN!

Kitchen/laundry room is mostly done, living room is full of boxes, but is mostly done.

Inspection is Friday night.

Movers come Saturday morning.

Rent is paid for the remaining time I'm here.

dreamy is exhausted, and still has stuff to do tonight/tomorrow morning before Mom comes back to help pack the bathroom/closet and bedroom.

i still have dishes in the dishwasher, and most of my dishes are already packed.

Boxes galore and one (heavy) box of packing paper, though, so i'm ok.

Somehow the image of making sure all the china is clean has translated to making sure your undies are clean just in case you are in an accident.

i only have two teacups (and the saucers that go with them) that are delicates like that. Both are already packed, i think.

OK, here's a question...if you have "good"china, do you use it whenever you feel like, or just for "Special" occasions?

To answer my own question, I like to use my china and crystal whenever I feel like it...after all, my friends, family and I are worth it! There is no day more special than today, and no one more important!
