After all these posts, all these pages, all these years <?> don't y'think the WIN is tired of chocolate? Lance takes it home for nice dinner of special entree he invented earlier.
Salmon well-done (NOTE!) off-skin, and broken into cubes about 1/2" on side. Plate that as half-moon - edge straight down center of plate. Other half of moon - fresh asparagus, steamed, cut into 3/4" bites. And over the seam, generous serving of mayo....... Sort of a HIGH class "tuna" salad, but de-constructed. Oh, and on same plate, a small side salad of greens (outta box) with cherry tomatoes -CUT in halves - you do NOT want to pierce them and have them shot tomato seeds and juices at you. Olives and basalmic dressing.
Dessert? Angle food cake in cubes with fresh, hand cut fruit salad and over that - blueberry yoghurt.
OMG, mouth waters as I type.
Anyway, the WIN likes the sound of that and is joining me for dinner and then a well-deserved rest in my toy bag. Now hiding under the floggers, I believe, while I cook its dinner.
