Been a busy coupla weeks for me.  Highlights and irony though are,

A.) Last week, I picked up a load of quilting, fabric and foam in Chicago going to a mattress factory place in Sioux Falls, SD and Fargo ND.  Delivered both places and shopped at the Fargo location while they were unloading my truck.  One of the guys unloading mentioned some of the quilting was a new pattern.  I brought my friend along with me to get her opinion on said mattresses the next day, at the time I placed my order for a very comfy king bed.  This thing has the pocketed coils, along with a pocketed coil layer in the pillowtop and foam.  Exellent support, very comfy.  We had lotsa fun shopping for bedding to match my gothic/medieval theme. I had been sleeping on a double, so thing is a HUGE upgrade. 

2.) Took them until Thurs to have it done, as other orders were ahead of mine.  I didn't know when I would be back, so I asked for delivery on Fri afternoon.  My friend was gonna let them in.  Turns out I got home just as they arrived.  As they're bringing in the mattress, I noticed the top was a different fabric than the one on the showroom floor.  I mentioned this to the guys, one of whom already remarked on the irony of delivering to me when I delivered to them.  "Oh yeah," the guy says, "with the exception of the coils and the wood in the box spring, we made this one with the new stuff you brought us rather than the old stuff already there."

Oh, and I win.

Status: offline 		Cleaning Lizard's bedroom...we finally got the mattress off the lower bunk and it was totally trashed out.  I called Mom and begged for a nuclear device.  The lower frame had soda on it (read very sticky).  I tried to place my leg between the slots and it goes to barely above my ankle.

I hate this swelling...and the meds for the swelling is just making me pee, that  is all...

I did rescue the Rocky Horror Picture Show dvd from under the bed.

I will make Bo use the hose for the small things (nuts, small bits of paper, etc.) when it is time for vacuum.  That is his "punishment" for making me get the mattress up (could not reach the trash unless it was up).  At least I got a small portion done yesterday on my belly.

I need to elevate my feet some, when Bo gets in here with my food.

And how was your day?  LOL!
