*pulls out cuff key and unshackles self and locks fluffy in his place*

I had to cancel the flight because the transmission in my car went out, and have no way to get to the airport.

So now to decide if the car is worth fixing (may have to rebuild/replace tranny, expensive proposition) or just get a newer vehicle.

Ouch! That sounds expensive. How about a bicycle? Then you can put all the money into flying.

i'm doing ok. Still getting ready for Master's arrival.

It's sunny and a nice looking day outside but still quite cold. It was 35F this morning when i first checked.

He arrives tomorrow afternoon.

What is really depressing me today is that i feel so good and "normal" right now and i know that Tuesday's chemo will send me into a week (or two) of really yucky days.

Thats how I've been getting around locally with summer coming and all, but winter comes quick up here and the airport and the EAA chapter gatherings would take a long time to get to. Besides, I can put off buying my plane for a year or two. My father has offered me his '07' Toyota Corolla very reasonably and I think I'll take him up on it.

Oh! Shiny chain.

i have a sad. Thousands of great stitches were for nothing. This morning i made a mistake with the zipper on my the dress i've been sewing, and had to take it out. When i did, the fabric it was attached to frayed beyond repair. And that was the very last two yards of that pretty fabric when i bought it.

The pretty fabric ! The pretty dress that almost was ! All that work !
