DC, I'm so sorry to hear about your kitty, but I know he will be well taken care of by you. If it's any consolation, my kitty Rajah had inoperable tumors too, and his passing was pretty painless. Actually, it was funny/sad...we'd carry him out to a sunny spot in the yard, but he just couldn't manage to come in on his own. We would get busy, and hours later, someone would remember that we had left him out there. So we'd go running outside, and there he was, in the same place...with a look that said, "Who am I? Where am I going? What am I doing in this handbasket?" Here's a picture of him about 5 weeks before he passed away, he could still get around at this point, but not very well, and he was distressed that we were refinishing the livingroom floor so he went looking for comfort from his girl. Hugs to you DC.
